1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop and, in the future, via the stationary sale of Favours The Brave Clothing UG with consumers and entrepreneurs.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product presentation. The contract is concluded by the customer's order and the order confirmation by the company.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax.
Payments are made using all payment methods offered in the Shopify system.
Payment is due immediately upon order.
There are no special payment terms or advance payments.

5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery time within Germany: 1–5 working days.
Worldwide delivery time: up to 14 days.
Shipping is handled by DHL or DPD.
Standard shipping costs apply as shown in the shop.
Local pick-up is not possible.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Favours The Brave Clothing UG until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
The exact withdrawal policy and a sample withdrawal form will be provided separately.
There is no right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs.

8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
For entrepreneurs, the statutory warranty obligations apply with customary commercial restrictions (e.g., duty to inspect and give notice of defects according to § 377 HGB).

9. Liability
Statutory liability applies.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations, life, body, or health are affected.

10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the company's data protection notices and the data protection functions of Shopify.

11. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction for entrepreneurs is Cologne.

12. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
